Drivers Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a membership club for car enthusiasts, organises events and drive experiences, facilitates referrals (including car care and insurance), and supports awareness and fundraising for men’s health (with a focus on prostate cancer).
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This policy applies to our website, the Member Portal (powered by the ME Business platform), events and drive days, insurance enquiry/application processes, Club Permit (VIC) support, our online store, and related communications and services.

We also maintain a sub-processor register of our key third-party service providers, available on request.

13. Event Photography & Social Media
By attending Drivers Foundation events, you consent to the reasonable use of your image or likeness in photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise before or during the event.
We will take reasonable steps to respect such preferences and remove images we control upon request.
14. Children
Our services are intended for adults.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16 years of age without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
15. Your Rights under the Australian Privacy Principles
